I want to acknowledge and take full responsibility for the valid concerns of customers who are disappointed with late deliveries and a lack of communication about their orders. My small business has been overwhelmed for some months and I recognise the impact this has had on my organisational capacity, my ability to adhere to production schedules, and most importantly, my capacity to communicate clearly with you. -
