In a Few Weeks the Nerida Hansen Fabrics Brand will be wound down. Here are the facts about the change:

• My business is NOT closing - My brand name is simply changing.
• This will take affect on November 1 of this year
• It changing because I am introducing new products and a taking a new direction that will not be solely focussed on fabrics
• Amongst a new type of product line, I will continue to offer more curated fabric collections and lovely sewing patterns
• The website will still be here, and will simply be re-branded
• If you want to keep being updated about my new direction, You will not have to sign up for anything new, including Social Media or Newsletters, but you do have the option to unsubscribe
• This does not affect any outstanding orders - everything should be delivered by the 1st of November, and if it is not we will continue to service you until it is.

These will not expire, and can continue to be used on beautiful sewing patterns and fabrics after the re-branding. You will also have the opportunity to use your gift vouchers on other gorgeous products.

All orders placed prior to Mid-July are in completion and will be shipped directly to customers from our factory. All customers will receive these older orders by early October. Orders placed after that date will follow immediately, and be delivered from early October.

Now that all orders are undwerway and being shipped direct from our factory, we cannot honor refunds that have not previously been requessted.

If you still want a refund once you receive your order, we will be happy to discuss and and can send you a self-addressed envelope to ship your order back to us. Once we receive it we will refund you.

Any refunds that have previously been requested will be finalised asap.

Each day or so over the course of September and October, we have excess fabrics available from our factory. These are being sold at 50% off RRP and will be shipped within 1-2 weeks of ordering.
