I am 100% Committed to delivering on all outstanding Fabric Orders.
2025 Deliveries will begin in the second half of February. Priority is given to the oldest orders. Newer orders may also be filled where the same designs and base cloth as older orders are being printed.
At the moment, the timeline to complete the deliveries is uncertain, but I aim to have a consistent flow of orders being delivered and I will be doing my best to reach out to customers about their order status.

Refund Requests
If you would like to request a refund, please contact May at info@neridahansen.com
May will cancel your order and process a refund. In most cases refunds are processed quickly but there are cases where they are not automatically paid out on Paypal or Shopify. If you don't receive yours within 3-5 business days, please let us know and we can follow it up.
Complaints
There are many, many customers who have now been waiting an extremely long time for their pre-order, and for that I am extremely sorry. I realise it has been incredibly frustrating for some people to contact me and I can understand completely how frustrating it is.
I am doing everything in my power to improve the speed of deliveries and refunds and May and I are working hard to open the lines of communication. If regrettably, I have not been able to provide you with the information or support you need in regards to your order the appropriate course of action would include the following options:
Where a refund has not been forthcoming:
- Contact Paypal and Raise a Dispute
- Raise a Chargeback with your bank
