We are ridiculously proud of our products here at Nerida Hansen Fabrics and we take all measures to ensure they meet our high standards. If something is not quite right, whether it be damaged or faulty, then make us your first point of contact.
Send an email to happyhelpers@neridahansen.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order and we will then endeavour to resolve the issue with either a credit voucher, refund or exchange. Simply quote your order or receipt number and cite your reason and one of our happy helpers will reply within 72 hours.
Refunds will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase. It is important to note that there are no refunds for a change of mind.
Nerida Hansen Fabrics regularly has sales on samples and seconds and these items are marked as such.
Returns should be sent using registered post or a trackable courier; Nerida Hansen Fabrics cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
We ask our customers to check their purchases on arrival and notify us of any issues.
