What if I select Express Post?
Express post will not expedite the process of your order. It will however, mean that once your order is shipped it will arrive quicker than standard post
Click and Collect
Click and Collect will be available from our warehouse from the 3rd of January. Click and Collect customers will be sent a text message when their order is ready for pick up. They are processed in the order in which they were made, so with the expected order volume it may take some days to process yours.
I made 2 or more orders and would like to combine them to save on postage - is this possible?
Unfortunately we cannot possibly combine orders, and will not provide refunds for multiple shipping costs. Please consider your selections carefully as any request to combine orders will be declined.
I made a wrong order - can I cancel it?
You are welcome to do another order and request a full refund for one of them. Simply email email@example.com with the order number you wish to cancel and we will try our best to do so before it is processed.
