Delivery Times
Please note that we are experiencing longer delivery times. It is important to consider this before ordering, as it can take up to 10 business days before your order is processed. 

What if I select Express Post?
Express post will not expedite the process of your order. It will however, mean that once your order is shipped it will arrive quicker than standard post.

Click & Collect
Nerida Hansen Fabrics has introduced contactless Click & Collect, a service that allows customers to order online and collect from our warehouse free of contact. Place your order via our online store and at checkout select the option 'pick up'.

Customers are sent a text to alert them that their order is ready for pick up. Collection is available from our Torquay headquarters between the hours of 10.00am and 4.00pm on weekdays. There is no limit to the amount customers can order via Click & Collect.

I made two or more orders and I would like to combine them to save on postage - is this possible?
Unfortunately, we cannot possibly combine orders, and we will not provide refunds for multiple shipping costs. Please consider your selections carefully as any request to combine orders will be declined.

Can I cancel my order if I make a mistake?
You are welcome to do another order and request a full refund for the other order. Simply email happyhelpers@neridahansen.com with the order number you wish to cancel and we will try our best to do so before it is processed.
