We are ridiculously proud of our products here at Nerida Hansen Fabrics and we take all measures to ensure they meet our high standards. We want our customers to love every purchase they make from us, but we do not live in a perfect world. If something is not quite right, whether it be damaged or faulty, then do not hesitate to let us know.
We ask our customers to check their purchases and notify us within 14 days of delivery if there are any issues. Send your email to happyhelpers@neridahansen.com and we will then endeavour to resolve this for you either with a credit voucher, refund or exchange. Simply quote your order or receipt number and cite your reason and one of our happy helpers will reply as soon as possible.
Nerida Hansen Fabrics regularly has sales on samples and seconds and these items are marked as such. It is important to note that there are no refunds for a change of mind.
Please also note, we are unable to combine orders, if you have already placed an order and want to add to it, you will have to place a separate order.
