Sampling is compulsory for anyone wanting to print fabrics.

Even if you have had fabrics from Nerida before, or you have printed them elsewhere, we cannot guarantee the quality outcomes in resolution or scale without a sample.

Sampling prevents disappointing outcomes and saves you time and money.

Before you start sampling, you can order a Swatch Set.

It provides you with a decent sized swatch of 23 cm x 33 cm of each available substrate.

You must have your designs listed on the Nerida Hansen B2B portal to create a sample.

Your designs are locked from view, and only available to you.

You will be given a link to a custom product, where you can create your own sample order through my website.

You purchase the sample, and then upload 2 files:

A Low resolution web asset 1000 x 1000 pixels, 72 dpi

Your 300dpi print file ready to print (PSD, AI, TIFF)

Choose the Substrate you want to sample on.

Select from the fabric type. You can add one or more types for each product.

Multiple Samples Required?

Create a new product for each new sample.

OR Create a Sample Panel with SKU references at the top and bottom of each design. This is not only an economical way to print multiple files on varied substrates, but it also acts as a physical reference for your manufacturer, who will cut a narrow section with the SKU reference on it.

These are a great option for designers who want to sample multiple designs in a cost effective way.

There is an Illustrator Template in the Resources Folder, or you can recreate the sizing in Photoshop or InDesign.

Once you approve your fabric samples, all wholesale prices will be available to you, and you are able to place orders straight away.
