Customer Update January 8th 2025
To My Valued Customers,
I would like to update you on the current situation and be transparent about the challenges I’m facing.
Despite my plans for this week, the fallout from recent untruths circulating on social media has proven far more complex than I anticipated. Over the past four weeks, I have dedicated all my time to getting shipments to customers. However, during the latter part of this process, I discovered that some shipments were sent to customers who had already been refunded.
I had hoped to get on top of this situation this week, but there are many challenging factors I am still grappling with, none of which I feel confident communicating fully at this stage. Over the past 10 weeks, everything I have said or done has been misinterpreted, misconstrued, and subsequently reported out of context. While I am forging ahead, this behavior continues to affect me both day and night.
Please know that I am actively seeking help and doing the best I can with the knowledge and resources I have available. I fully recognize the importance of resolving pending refunds and fulfilling orders, and I remain 100% committed to delivering fabric orders to those willing to wait. However, due to the dynamic nature of transactions and ongoing challenges beyond my control, I need more time to fully understand the scope of what I’m dealing with.
I understand how frustrating this is, and I deeply regret not being able to communicate my next steps more clearly at this time. While I have a better picture of what the next production plan will look like, I am still navigating too many hurdles this week to outline my approach in detail.
Please know that I take full responsibility for the issues at hand and am working diligently to address this complex situation. I am sincerely sorry that the events of the past 10 weeks came on top of previous delays. I take full responsibility for how this has affected my customers, particularly those whose refunds are not currently processing.
I deeply appreciate your patience and understanding as I work through these challenges.
