1. Is Nerida Hansen Fabrics closing down?
Absolutely Not. There will be MORE fabrics and More Sewing Patterns. Distribution of Nerida Hansen Brand will be more global, with high accessibility soon in the USA and Europe.
What will happen to the Studio Store
Hopefully wonderful things - we cannot make any announcements yet so stay tuned. For now you can shop there Monday-Friday 10-4 at 50% rrp
2. What will happen with my gift vouchers?
These can be used AS NORMAL once we re-launch in October. And you will LOVE what you will be able to purchase with them!
3. Will I receive my pre-ordered items?
Pre-ordered stock is being shipped from this week . The earlier Spring orders will arrive during September, with Christmas due out at the end of the month. All else follows in early-mid October, and Bamboo in early November, if not before.
4. Is the seconds fabric still coming? Around 2 rolls of our seconds were lost in transit but were pre-sold. Our manufacturer was very kind to reprint that quantity for us so any outstanding seconds will be Brand New!
5. Does the 50% off sewing patterns work?

6. Why does it say pre-order on website?
Some of the stock is in transit or just finishing production, so we don't have it in our warehouse to ship to you right now. We want to be transparent about that so you know it is not going to be ready to sew for some weeks. We hope the pricing is still an amazing incentive that will balance out the wait time :)
When will the retail site reopen?
October Sometime - there is a LOT of work to be done so it is difficult to give an exact date but it will be worth it :)
8. Have you moved overseas?
No :) Just visiting my new suppliers and distributors.
Are you doing print on demand with Spoonflower?
No - I am doing print on demand but it is with an exclusive supplier using some of my own substrates and highest quality printing.

I placed a Spring Pre-Sale Order some time ago, when can I expect Delivery?
Our Spring and Summer Stocks have started being shipped and packed. Due to staff availability, we are still experiencing delays. The products listed should have an approximate delivery window.

If you are a buyer or retailer or maker who is interested in our wholesale fabrics you can register your interest by signing up HERE and we will pass your details to the distributors. Currently wholesale will be available in New Zealand, Australia, all of Europe, USA and Canada.
General Delivery & Shipping of Clearance or Existing Orders
Our normal shipping and delivery times are much longer due to the current clearance. We cannot currently express any items, and please ensure you read the product descriptions for the delivery window of the items on our clearance website.
